Projects
Stella is a PR and communication professional with 8 years of solid experience in the technology industry, across B2B and B2C corporations, specializing in leadership communication, corporate communication, creative content, and event management, from globally leading companies to startups. Here are her previous projects.
Business Book
Writer and PR Leader
I coauthored a book with an entrepreneur in China, which became a top 10 bestseller in the business category. I also managed the entire communication process with the publishing agency, including conducting interviews, coordinating events, and facilitating leadership communications.

As a ghostwriter, this project greatly deepened my understanding of China's technology sector and gave me the opportunity to engage directly with high-level business leaders.

Startup Accelerator
Project Management
With a deep understanding of domestic technology companies and startups, and a specialization in leadership communication and product marketing, I managed the program for three years during the pandemic, mentoring 100 inspiring young founders and helping them develop product strategies and brand positioning.

Some of them secured seed funding, including investments from American venture capitalists. I really enjoy the fast-paced startup environment, which is full of passion, courage, and efficiency.
GMIC
Project Management
The Global Mobile Internet Conference (GMIC) is the largest technology conference in Asia. I served as a marketing manager from 2016 to 2018 and as a consultant in 2020. I helped organize GMIC events in Tel Aviv, India, and Beijing. My responsibilities included guest invitations, content creation, media relations, and event management, covering both internal and external communications.
One of the most exciting campaigns we launched was collecting questions from social media, which were then delivered by the CEO to physicist Stephen Hawking.

These projects built my sense of science and inspired me to stay closely connected to cutting-edge developments in technology and science. For example, I began studying the AI industry in 2016 for the conference, as Fei-Fei Li was one of our guests.
Social Enterprise Project
creator
I took a Social Enterprise class in Spring 2024 at FIT. For my final project, which required students to create their own social enterprise company, I developed Feelling Good, a community for women immigrants.

This was one of the first projects I explored entirely in an English-speaking environment after moving from China to the USA. It strengthened my ability to present in English, deepened my understanding of American culture, and helped me overcome my fear of expressing myself publicly in English.
